3CX Phone System
3CX Phone System for Windows is a software-based IP PBX that replaces a proprietary hardware PBX / PABX. 3CX’s IP PBX has been developed specifically for Microsoft Windows and is based on the SIP standard – making it easier to manage and allowing you to use any SIP phone (software or hardware). The 3CX PABX can be installed on a standard Windows based PC and is naturally scalable without the expensive add-ons associated with conventional phone systems. The system can be used with SIP trunks over a broadband Internet connection or conventional analogue and ISDN telephone lines. Download brochure.
Administration is very intuitive with a simple web browser based management control panel. The standard edition includes all the features you would expect from a business phone system including auto attendant, voicemail to e-mail, call queues, ring groups, remote handsets and soft phone. A new feature called WebRTC allows a hyperlink to be placed in a website or e-mail that allows a third party to call from a web browser on a PC, phone or tablet without installing software. The Pro version includes advanced features for call centres including wallboards, sophisticated queue call distribution and CRM integration. There is also a web conference add-on that provides hosted web meetings with video and desktop sharing.
The 3CX Phone System supports IP handsets from a wide range of manufacturers including Snom, Cisco, Yealink, Grandstream, Htek, Astra and Polycom. In addition to traditional IP handsets 3CX provide a free softphone with versions for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. This powerful unified communications tool is not only a phone but also allows instant messaging, creates conference calls, web meetings and video calls. Hosted VoIP Systems
Hosted VoIP solutions are ideal for small companies that require a flexible phone system with a minimal initial investment and a fully managed system. With a hosted system VoIP handsets connect to the providers PABX over a broadband connection and calls are routed out to the telephone network from the provider’s site.
