Routine performance monitoring and administration can be facilitated remotely using Terminal Services, an integral part of the Windows Server operating system. On occasions where an urgent issue cannot be resolved remotely we will normally be on site within four hours.
Academy Networks are happy to support existing Microsoft Windows based systems as well as those installed by ourselves.
Support is charged at a pre-agreed fixed hourly/daily rates.
